By booking a session or using any services provided by SID FPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
SID FPS provides remote PC optimization services including but not limited to:
- System performance diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Windows optimization and configuration
- Hardware overclocking (CPU, GPU, RAM)
- Network optimization for gaming
- Custom Windows installation
- Hardware recommendations and guidance
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment is required before or at the time of service, depending on the arrangement.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal and other methods as specified.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before Session: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows without prior notice.
- After Session Started: Refunds for partially completed sessions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Service Issues: If we are unable to deliver the promised service, a full or partial refund may be provided.
5. Remote Access Consent
By booking a service, you consent to allow SID FPS to remotely access your computer during the scheduled session. You acknowledge that:
- You will be present during the session and can observe all actions taken.
- You can terminate the session at any time by disconnecting the remote access software.
- You are responsible for backing up important data before the session.
- You have the authority to allow remote access to the computer being serviced.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive to improve your system's performance:
- We cannot guarantee specific FPS increases or performance metrics.
- Results vary depending on hardware, software, and other factors.
- Overclocking involves inherent risks and may void manufacturer warranties.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware issues or failures.
7. Limitation of Liability
SID FPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your system and issues.
- Have a stable internet connection during remote sessions.
- Back up important data before optimization sessions.
- Ensure you have legal rights to any software on your system.
- Not hold SID FPS responsible for data loss or hardware damage from pre-existing issues.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the SID FPS website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SID FPS and is protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Follow-Up Support
Support periods included with services (e.g., 3 months, 1 year) cover:
- Questions related to the original optimization performed.
- Minor adjustments to settings applied during the session.
- Guidance on maintaining optimizations.
Support does not cover new issues unrelated to the original service, hardware failures, or software conflicts introduced after the session.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
